This camera has a 1/3" progressive scan RGB CMOS sensor to capture video at a resolution up to 2688 x 1520 at 30 fps. The 2.4mm fixed lens features built-in IR LEDs that deliver up to 50' of night vision, and a wide 130° horizontal field of view. Integrated PoE technology simplifies connectivity by enabling the transfer of power and data via one cable. An onboard microSD/SDHC/SDXC card slot is available for edge storage. microSD cards are available for purchase separately.

Axis Zipstream technology compresses video footage in H.264 and H.265, reducing bandwidth usage and storage requirements. In addition, video can be streamed in multiple individual streams, and bandwidth and frame rates are controllable for further customization of your network. Once configured, your surveillance network is secured with a number of safety features, including password protection, IP address filtering, user access logging, digest authentication, HTTPS encryption, and Centralized Certificate Management.

This device will send an email notification or store video recordings of an event to your edge storage when it occurs. It is ONVIF-compliant for Profile S and G, making it compatible with a wide range of surveillance devices. The camera's enclosure is IP66-, IK08-, and NEMA 4X-rated making it suitable for outdoor use.
