SL MCR 2 DW 2-Channel Wallmount Receiver for SpeechLine Digital Wireless (1.9 GHz)

Product Description

The Sennheiser SL MCR 2 DW is a 2-channel wireless receiver compatible with SpeechLine Digital Wireless Series. It offers a convenient solution for existing installations, and thanks to its unobtrusive design, can be installed quickly and easily in any conference room or classroom, whether on the wall, ceiling, a mic stand, or a VESA 100 mount.

The SL MCR 2 DW can receive signal from up to two companion wireless transmitter/mics with secure AES-256 encryption. The user-friendly pairing function with automatic frequency management eliminates the need for manual frequency settings and ensures a reliable connection between transmitter and receiver. Automatic interference management allows for inaudible and seamless change to another frequency if any interference is detected. Time Division Multiple Access (TDMA) and space diversity technology are also used to provide increased transmission reliability.

Equipped with two RJ45 connectors, the receiver can be operated with a single network cable that provides PoE and digital audio outputs via Dante audio networking. An analog audio output is also available over a 3-pin socket (suitable for Phoenix Contact MCVW 1.5-3-ST-3.81). Additionally, the unit features an integrated auto mixer, which supports automatic or manual mixing of the two audio channels into a sum signal. The analog audio output delivers the sum signal, while the Dante digital outputs deliver the individual channels or the sum signal.

Full control and configuration is performed remotely via the Control Cockpit app or a media control system (e. g. Crestron and AMX). Controls include speech-optimized sound profiles, 7-band graphic equalizer for custom audio settings, low-cut filter, automatic gain control (AGC) settings, audio sensitivity settings, audio output level, and firmware update. Due to the bidirectional communication between receiver and transmitter, all transmitter settings are also available including RF power level, mute mode and mute switch functionality, and RF synchronization.
