The SE180 uses an interchangeable, all-in-one module system to create a physical separation from the main body, blocking any power or RF noise from interfering with playback. The included SEM1 module contains an ESS ES9038PRO 8-channel DAC for wide, dynamic range, and 2.5mm, 3.5mm, and 4.4mm connections.

In addition to the wired connection options, you can wirelessly stream audio through or from the SE180 with BT Sink. Even though the sound is wireless, support for LDAC and aptX-HD technologies helps ensure you're hearing the best possible quality.
